Tween Waters Inn - water view?

Is the bay view or Gulf of Mexico view better at the Tween Waters Inn?

All thoughts/information will be much appreciated!

It depends. The Gulf is across the street from the resort. You have to look out over the trees in order to see the water. The Bay view has nothing blocking your view, but it isn%26#39;t an ocean view either. It also depends on the building. If you are staying in a building right on the bay, I would opt for a bay view. If you are staying in another building, I would opt for the Gulf view.

The buildings fronting the Gulf are, to the best of my knowledge, are undergoing renovations. The cottages are done. I believe the rooms that face the bay are done. here%26#39;s some good aerial views:

There are almost no trees up front, but there are shrubs [trimmed seagrape] that block some of the first floor units that front the Gulf but the second floor units mostly have good views. You must walk up the stairs to the rooms, so if you have little kids or lots of stuff, it can be a hassle. The cottages are all historic original units and sit on the sand. The folks who stay there say they see the Gulf. I wonder myself.
