Disney Cruise

We are heading on a 3 night disney cruise..and wonder if there are any must do%26#39;s aboard the ship. Which shows would you recommend? We will definately do castaway cay...great reviews. We are wondering abou Nassau...should we stay on the ship and enjoy what%26#39;s there when it%26#39;s less crowded, head into Nassau and sightsee...we have 6 and 11 year old girls...is safety a concern. Another option is to take a bus or water taxi to Paradise Island just to check it out. I think we%26#39;ll pass on the excursions though...quite expensive..thought we%26#39;d make our own excursion. Anyone who%26#39;s been on the cruise...PLEASE...let me know all about it. Thanks

Disney Cruise

I went on the Disney cruise several years ago. I didn%26#39;t care much for the bahamas so we did a little tour and then hung out on the boat. As soon as you get off the ship you have a bunch of people trying to get you to do tours and buy such and such items, which I know is their livelyhood but I found it annoying.

But castaway cay was very nice. We rented bikes that you can take all over the island.

Disney Cruise

We went on a four night cruise several years ago. I think all of the night shows were great. The last night show that was about a girl and her dreams was the best.

I wasn%26#39;t impressed with Nassau. We got off the boat, took a horse drawn carriage ride around, did a little shopping in the straw market and went back to the boat early.

Castaway Cay is great!!

Enjoy!! We had a great time when we went.

We went on a 4nite cruise in May this year and loved it.We stayed on the ship when docked in Nassau, seen it a few years ago %26amp; wasn%26#39;t impressed at all.We really enjoyed using the facilities on board(there was no crowds at all, most people had disembarked!!!!).

You must dine at Palos, fab fab food and service.we used the kids club and felt safe doing so and our 6yr daughter enjoyed spending time with other kids.

Wasn%26#39;t impressed with the Hercules show,in fact I found it quite boring!!!Other shows were very impressive.

Castaway cay is WOW.Sugar white sand and crystal clear water. The BBQ lunch is really good considering how many people they are catering for at the one place. We renting our bikes and rode around the island.I really enjoyed doing that. You can rent helments and along the cycle path are free water fonts.

That%26#39;s all I can say,I could go on and on.We really enjoyed the cruise and would do it agian in a heatbeat

enjoy

Thanks for the info...for the person who went to Palo%26#39;s ... is it extra $$

$10pp but WELL worth it,by the way it%26#39;s adults only, which is nice, adults time with the hubby,don%26#39;t know about you but we dont getr much time on our own(especially in a lovely restaurant like Palo). You need to book this in advance so do so to get the time slot you want
