We arrive in Orlando on Sunday 2nd Sept from Dublin, the Labor Day holiday is on the Monday....will the parks be jammed?!

Well, it won%26#39;t be max capacity or anything, but the parks will be somewhat busy that Monday, since its the last ';official'; holiday of summer.

However, if you plan on doing a park that day, might want to do SeaWorld or Animal Kingdom or MGM Studios, where they seem to have more shows than rides.

Monday will be an EMH day at both Animal Kingdom and MGM Studios, so SeaWorld may be the best one to do that day.

Sorry for the silly question but what is an ';EMH day';?!

Extra Magic Hour Day.

These are the day when Disney resort guests get to either come in the parks one hour earlier than opening time, or stay in the parks three hours after closing time.

Let me also add that, on the Extra Magic Hour Days, the park having the extra hours are usually more crowded than the parks not having them on that day.

So, if you are not a Disney resort guest, it%26#39;s best to do parks which are not having EMH on a given day.

If you are a Disney resort guest, then it%26#39;s a great advantage to go to the park before or after it%26#39;s open to the public.

We went to Islands of Adventure on Labor Day and it was awful - we managed to get on about 3 rides. It was so frustrating If we%26#39;d known we would have had a pool day instead.
