Where to Stay in PCB?

Need help in finding a place to stay in PCB or the vicinity. We are meeting friends in Biloxi in September and would like to spend a night on the beach in the Florida Panhandle on our way to Biloxi. I have stayed at Paradise Found in the past ,although the location is great, the beds and pillows are like sleeping on rocks. One of the beds in our room even had a double bed on a king size frame, bad for stubbing your toe. I am on a budget, since I am heading for the IP Casino in Biloxi.... I am looking for a motel room, quiet family atmosphere, near the beach. I am getting to old to party all night. Can anyone give me any recommendations? Thank you.

We like the Beachcomber by the Sea. It is out of the party crowd atmosphere and right on the beach. It was very peaceful and fun for myself and for my kids. They enjoyed the pool very much.

We like the Flamingo Motel, They have 2 pools and are very clean. The only rooms I have stayed in are the Tower rooms and they were so nice. Give them a look at www.flamingomotel.com

Never stayed at Beachcomber, but their luxury hotel, the Legacy By the Sea is great and reasonable.

By the way, the Legacy isn%26#39;t really ';luxury'; just the newest and nicest of the By the Sea Resorts.

I would recommend The Palmetto Inn %26amp; Suites. It is on the west end (quiet end) of the beach. It is a motel and is very quiet. Family oriented. Great pool and it stays open till midnight. And, the best part, the prices are very reasonable. But, no ice machines in the hotel and no mini shampoo in the bathroom. Just soap.

A small price to pay. It is rated #1 on tripadvisor. Look it up under Pamana City Beach Hotels.

:-) Have fun!
