we are staying here next year all the reports seem to be bad anyone been lately? help

We stayed at travel lodge American way ...is this the one you mean ?

If so we had no problem we had a pool view ...staff really good room cleaned everyday fresh towels left ...we were only there for showers and to sleep and were not in the room all day

..very close to universal all in all a nice place to stay ...there is also a small bar were in the mornings they serve a continental breakfast free of charge

We returned from there on Sunday, we were very worried about staying at this hotel but it was ok. the beds were ok and we all slept quite well. Had hot water for showers, staff helpful, posting cards letting me use the phone in reception to call a friend. Cleaners came every day.

Yes the place could do with a overhaul but as a place to sleep n shower the location is perfect. Dennys is about 100 yards 1 way wet n wild is about 5 mins other way.

We never felt unsafe even when returning late at night.

WE were on the top floor over looking the pool and duck pond.

it is the worst hotel i%26#39;ve ever stayed in. however the location is great and try and get a pool view, we had a lovely view of the high way. the rooms were cleaned everyday but still very dated. i hear that its going through a bit of revamp at the moment, so you should be fine. if your like me you shouldn%26#39;t be in the hotel to long anyway just to shower and sleep, don%26#39;t forget your holidays what you make of it. if the hotels the worst thing about your holiday you%26#39;ll have a great time... i did
