Has anyone stayed at Crescent Arms condo 601S or 702N or 704N? What was the condition of the condo? What is the usual security deposit, payment policy?

601 S is an awesome condo. All newly redone. NEW Ceramic tile floor throughout. NEW leather couches. NEW Plasma TV%26#39;s in all rooms. The view is spectacular. Full gulffront balcony. I think it is like 32 ft wide. BIG!! The owner, Kathy Rettich, is fantastic. She called upon our arrival and morning when we left to make sure everything was just perfect for us. She really cares and wants you to enjoy the condo and most of all Siesta Key.
Deposit is $400 which she will return when she gets the keys back. You will need this to book and then entire amount is due 30 days before arrival.
